Shipping & Delivery

Orders ship within 1 days of purchases. All items ship U.S Postal Service unless otherwise agreed. A tracking number is always provided.

After placing an order, you will receive and order confirmation, then a shipping confirmation once the item is ready to ship that contains the tracking number. The package will contain a packing slip with a list of what you ordered and how to contact us to reorder or to resolve an issue.

Shipping Options

You may choose between USPS, FedEx or UPS to ship your package. Part of that is choosing how fast you want something delivered. Each shipping option will be calculated in your shopping cart and you have the ability to choose. We do not believe in flat rate shipping or shipping ripoff costs to make products appear cheap on the surface, with us you will always pay a fair shipping cost.

Lost or Missing Packages

After we ship the package and provide the customer with a tracking number, The Thackery is not responsible for carriers losing the package, not scanning of the package or mail theft. If you need the package insured, please let us know before you make the purchase so we can add the insurance to the bill.


Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery would be at the discretion of your country's tax regulations. The Thackery does not calculate any taxes or tariffs and is not responsible for those charges. For any additional information, refer to your local customs agency.


Returns & Exchanges

Returns must be shipped within 14 days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after the 14 day window. The buyer is responsible for original shipping charges and/or the return shipping costs unless there was clearly an error on our part. Please note that some products incur a restocking fee, and some items cannot be returned after opening. Returns are not available on special order items and wholesale program purchases.


Privacy & Security

Very simple: we don't share any information about you to anyone under any circumstances. We view privacy as fundamental. Joining our mailing list is safe, we only send you the occasional update, and never anything more than agreed to. We will not automatically add you to any list, or ever send anything unsolicited. Your information is used internally and only as appropriate.



We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

For custom quantity orders, please contact us with item and quantity needed.

If you change your mind about a purchase after you have already paid but prior to shipment, your money can be refunded to you upon request unless this was a special order or wholesale purchase requiring a lead time. Shipping normally happens within 24 hours of the purchase.

6.00% Sales Tax is applied to Virginia purchases.


Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept payments made via Paypal, accepting most major credit cards and can also accept checks and direct bank transfers by request. All our products are available for both local and international shipping.

Promotions may appear on our website and most often thru our newsletter. A subscription to our weekly newsletter will automatically provide you access to these deals.
